Data we process
- Server logs: IP address, user agent, and access time — used for security, abuse prevention, and service operations.
- Contact form: the name, email address, and message you submit — processed through Resend to answer your request.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Microsoft Clarity — loaded only after you give consent. Before consent, no analytics script runs.
Cookies & local storage
We only set analytics cookies after your consent:
- “_ga” and “_ga_<container>” — Google Analytics 4, to distinguish visitors and sessions.
- “_clck” and “_clsk” — Microsoft Clarity, to store the user and session identifiers.
- “consent:v1” — stored in local storage (not a cookie) to remember your consent choice.
We do not serve targeted ads and we do not use advertising cookies.
Retention
Retention follows the retention configuration of each service (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Resend) and our server log settings. We do not state fixed retention numbers on this page because those settings can change. For current retention details, contact hello@tasgroup.id.
Legal basis
Analytics is processed on the basis of your consent. Server logs and strictly necessary elements (security, operations, and remembering your consent choice) are processed on the basis of legitimate interest. The contact form is processed to answer the request you submit.
Your rights (PDP Law No. 27/2022)
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we process;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of your data;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- request data portability;
- object to specific processing.

Withdrawing consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the site footer, or directly from this button:
After consent is withdrawn, analytics scripts are not loaded again on subsequent visits. Google Analytics cookies that were already set follow their own expiry, while Clarity cookies are erased through the withdrawal signal.
